Thai Red Curry Salmon
Red curry pairs really well with grilled salmon and the combination of flavours in this dish will definitely brighten up all your taste buds. If you're looking for something to spice up your dinners, this is it!

1 batch
Thai red curry sauce
start with the sauce, it can keep warm with the lid on while your salmon finishes cooking on the skillet
4-6 fillets
salmon
pinch
salt & pepper
clean salmon, leaving skin on
season with salt & pepper
heat cast iron grill/skillet on med-high
oil/butter as necessary
grill skin side first, ~6-8 mins
flip & grill top side ~4-6 minutes
grill each additional side until salmon is cooked through
serve salmon with
Thai red curry sauce
alongside your main dish
Notes
if you like your salmon less well-done, reduce the cooking time on each side by about 1/3 the duration
