Shao Kang Tat –
Garlic Sauteed Rapini
Great on its own or paired as a side to complement a pasta dish. This garlicky rapini will please your taste buds for sure!

1 bunch
rapini, cleaned & trimmed

boil water in a large skillet

cover & cook ~2 minutes until stalks are tender

drain & place in ice water

2-3 tbsp
oil

red onion, diced
-
1-2 splashes
cooking wine
-
3-4 cloves
garlic, sliced

heat oil in the same skillet
-
brown onions - using cooking wine to deglaze if desired

add garlic once onions are almost done

1/4 tsp
salt
-
1/4 tsp
pepper, ground
-
1/4 tsp
chili flakes
-
1-2 splashes
cream
|
-
add everything to skillet
-
add rapini, stir to combine & until hot
